I would have expected more argument over this column than the Lucas one. It seems to me that Kline has mixed boundary and title issues together as so often happens.

Personally I don't read many of those types of articles, I just scan briefly (ore note the author) and ignore. Same with these bulletin boards, note the author and ignore.

Why ignore Kline in POB? Because this one, like many others, is just arm waving about a problem that may or may not exist in my areas of practice. To me they are the Big Box Store magazine version of One Size Fits All... it may actually "fit all", but it actually Fits No One Well.
Much of what Lucas writes fits that category also.

Some authors you just learn ignore, like I am sure some choose to just ignore what I write.

So little time and so much to say... perhaps that is why I work alone so much 😉

Exactly my sentiment. I'm amazed that more people don't see that.

It's just an article aimed more at entry level people. I would have found this article very interesting during my pre-licensure years. These days I have all I can manage to keep up with the nuances of the Oregon and Washington courts to be much interested in Missouri or South Carolina. I leave that to the Missourians and South Carolinians.
