Just placed the order. $2490

"It is scheduled to begin shipment in the middle to end of March."

Suggestions for reading (other than here) to make this work and keep me out of trouble with it?

What are you going to use it for?

RTK?

RTK with another base unit?

Post processing OPUS?

What is your plan?

Post processing OPUS to set control for highway work and boundary surveys.

At that price point probably not RTK.

I'm giving it a bit of thought these days too. With 216 (or more) channels availability, lift and tilt, RTK, base, rover and radio configurations for under 10k.

It's a new world.

Our suggestions would be based on what you already know and do.

In the Virgin Islands with OPUS-RS you might be out of the polygon half the time, but should be OK.

OPUS should work quite well.

What software will you use for post processing?

Javad provides software

NGS has not finished modeling the Triumph 2 antenna yet. I would make sure that is complete before Javad bills you and ships the unit.

I only say this because you plan to use it for OPUS submittals. If you process your own data I am sure it will work fine.

Good luck!

"Netview" is for Control, Download and Updates

Your second link took me nowhere.

I trimmed your link and found "GEODIS".

At $5900.00 you can get a better package elsewhere.

I see Justin Lite @ $1500.00 and Justin @ $3500.00

Neither appears to be a baseline processor.

Might want to reread that:

Justin and Justin Lite
