Working on a piece of property in the Jackson Purchase area of Western Kentucky. Does anyone have any information, I.e. notes copies of surveys of the original government surveys?

There are a few lurkers on the board from that area who may respond to you by email if they knew you were in a county they work in. I am a county shy of being in the Purchase area.

Drop me an email and I will point you in the right direction. A good place to start, get in touch with the jackson purchase chapter of KAPS. A fellow Surveyor I used to work for had all the goodies you are looking for. I believe he got them from Murray State University.
