And I sure wouldn't want to be in a manbasket at 1500 feet working on a crane boom...

It's a warm, calm, beautiful day, ....

I think I'd rather take a kick in the manbasket than be working in one at 1500 feet :-O
I hear ya scott- only gonna get to the 70's today here in south texas;-)
with that wind, I would be in a funk for days.
Thanks for the updates.
It's not 1500 feet but still----crew doing roof topo in Greece, NY last week.

Hush!!!! 😛 B-) :sun:
Supposed to get near 70 in Charlotte today. Our tee time is 1:30. Good to have nice weather during the slow times!
We're supposed to hit 78° today before the storms rip through tonight. Then it will be back to the 60's for awhile. (If the tornadoes don't screw stuff up or the creeks don't flood. Won't take too much more to push the Pearl River over flood stage in Jackson, Ms.)
Slightly cooler here in the north of Scotland, forecast to be around 40 degrees overnight but the wind is forecast to be 70 mph gusting 90 mph!
What is the true wind speed at 1500 feet?
10 mph near the ground is nothing compared to the speed at greater heights.
