I have a suspicion that somebody at the factory got a kick out of that. It seems that there are quite a few around the country.

Nate, some people get a giggle out of the number 69. It's a sex thing. They didn't put the decimal point on that number only.

I believe HC is reminiscing about his teenage years in the 1940's. Sometimes elderly Surveyors, much like our "Divine Bovine", become a tad bewildered and tend to reminisce about their youthful fantasies. 😉
