We were looking for a Cali registrant who could possibly meet/confer with a California resident whose property abutts our RW. I've completed a retracement survey and other documents for acquisition of a small triangle of their parcel. The adjoiners have many questions about the documents and wanted to hire an ENGINEER for consultation. I was hoping for a SURVEYOR who was also licensed here. But that all went south yesterday....so...nevermind....
