What would it be?
Personally, I'd like (In this order)
Wild T-0
Wild T-2
1923 Adolph Leitz Transit (My dad's gun) Which my brother wanted. So, I let him have it.
(we are talking collectibles here!)
Solar compass.
Yeah, and an old Rittenhouse Compass too, with a 66' real chain.
N
glockenspiel
Wild T1-A : was my everyday instrument
Wild T2 : was my instrument for high order work
I'd like a good working Wild T-2, personally.
>Solar compass.
I'd just like to play with one for an extended period.
I get less and less interested in collecting things as I get older and the house gets fuller.
> glockenspiel
I have one.
make an offer or I will trade for a celeste. 😐
y'never mentioned it before but methinks you may like philip glass. It took many years but his music grew on me.
The Harpsichord...

Because the chicks dig it....;-)
Sixties and seventies Glass, not so much; post 1988 or so Glass, a lot more. The last few years I've been on a "western music peaked in the late baroque and has been on a downward slide ever since" kick.
'54 Selmer Mark VI in Silver
Tenor, of course.
😉
T-0, not for collecting but for hiking.
I could probably do everything with a T-0, a rag tape only run over a few times by light passenger vehicles, and an L1 GPS.
A banjo! LOL
> A banjo! LOL
I have one (actually, two).
However, unlike Robert Hill, who will trade his glockenspiel for a celeste, I will not trade my banjo for a celeste. Or a glockenspiel.
Might trade a banjo for a solar compass, though.
I also have a bandura that I would trade for a solar compass, a celeste or a glockenspiel.
Solar compass
&
Railroad compass
are my two top choices
seeing how I already have too many banjos and geetars..i'd like to add one of these:

Yonder years before the internet, I heard a celesta and was fascinated by the sound. I did some research and got number from a friend for a dealer in NYC. Like a yokel, I called and talked to a salesperson and told him that I was interested in a celesta. He quoted me a price of $22,000 and change. I gasped and eventually found a glockenspiel at a garage sale somewhere..
If you happen to find a celesta at some yard sale or auction in Iowa, let me know maybe we could make a deal. 😉
Ahhhh...The Old Vincent Black Shadow
man...I had 53 motorcycle photos from the 2012 Harvest Classic @ Luckenbach, TX.
The 2 meg photo upload limit killed me (each photo over 3 megs)

I assumed by looking at your avatar that you already had one. If it isn't yours, then who owns it?
