Subject to or Dedicate a 50 foot wide,"what it is", easement around the exterior boundary of the above described tract and also recorded as Document Number 123 in the County Deed Records. Could be as many ways as there are types of easements, the description should be in sink with the existing Deed Documents or could be a stand along Document requiring more detail including the description of the parent tract. On a recorded Plat it could be graphically shown, labeled and dimensioned on the face of the Plat and dedicated within the owners declaration which requires a Notary.
