Hi everyone!

Is there possible to set orientation/leveling with three points on a leica total station?

We use the Leica TS11 & TS15 in our company.

Thank you in advance!

which controller software are you using? if it is smatworx or viva, look at setup, then free station. you can make a free station from two or more points. i recommend making the free station measurements first, then go to traverse from known points, and make additional measurements through your free station points. it should give you better results for your data set.

Thank you guys for the feedback!

Free station is better. But if you can show how to do in resection, better.

Thanks! I'll try this as quick as possible.

Just one more thing: our job is done in off-shore and our company already have a software that we use to process this type of work, exporting the data generated by the total station. But we want to do this job already with the total station and give the result in real time, eliminating the process of export the data from the TS and make a post process.
