Does anyone have a blow up schematic of a hiper? The base of one of my units turned when I took it of a mount today, and I'm trying to find out if this is a minor ( loose nut) or potentially major problem (damage to interior boards and such). Thanks

I assume you're talking about the cup on the bottom of the receiver. If that is loose you should send it to your dealer. It isn't that it is necessarily a crisis, a low-profile screw holds the cup in place. But to tighten that screw, the unit has to be taken almost completely apart to gain access. Leaving it loose isn't recommended for several reasons. e.g.: If it is loose, that is an entry point for moisture. The bluetooth antenna is down in the cup and can be damaged if it swivels around. There could be damage to the housing that is causing the looseness.

This post should not be construed as an advertisement for services. I merely offer (relatively) impartial, informed advise.
