Sounds like they kissed and made up rather than going to court - SMART!

Don't you f with my pigs!
This was one case that did not make much sense to me except that is was obvious that no one really knew the actual location of a boundary.
I felt that the King Ranch was kind of overstepping themselves on some of the charges.
Feral hogs while quite tasty are a menace across the state.
They are far from being an exotic animal. There is open season on them and many steps are being taken to thin their herds and run them out of some areas.
I did like that this statement was included:
The document also makes clear the King Ranch may alter the location of a fence that runs parallel to the creek and that this fence does not constitute a property boundary.
Good that they settled and made agreements to end a case where no one would actually win.
How much land are we talking about here? 1ac, 10 or 100's?
If the Cabrera/Ramos family had claim to it were are the source deeds?
So did the Cabrera/Ramos family give up mineral rights too?
Just curious.
