Scheduled to be launched next week the satellite has yet to be set on a launch vehicle. No new date has been set. Most probable cause is the shutdown affecting NASA schedules. Prelaunch testing may have to be redone.
GPS 2F-6 has been added for a May 2014 launch.

Nothing to do with the shutdown.

I was on the SpaceFlight Now site just before posting, that second article was not there.
After reading the first story the second one sounds like a cover up. I believe there have been 4 Delta 4 launches since that failure. GPS 2F 6 is schedule for a Delta 4 launch as are other satellites. GPS 2-Fs can and have been launched by Atlas 5s.
In fact GPS 2-F 7 is scheduled for a July 2014 launch on an Atlas 5, which I missed earlier.
