Good real estate agent experience

I'm sure we have all had various experiences with real estate agents. Had a new one today. Parties had a question on a boundary line, neighbor sent them to me. So went to show them the line with agent in tow. After the work, just me and the agent talking and he offers to pay me. I usually don't work for real estate agents from past experiences. I even told him that, that the survey plat would list the land owner as the client. He proceeded to tell me the client really didn't have the money and he would pay me, take the risk of the sale not closing and collect it back at closing. It works for me!
