Amazing indeed! :good: :good:
Great article but..
I failed to see the necessity of describing surveyors mistakes while promoting them at the same time?
Is it just me? (I’m getting on up there)
Y’all have a great weekend! B-)
I once asked a fine attorney how he selected a Surveyor. By age?...experience...knowledge...extensive library...etc?
He said 'none of the above' and that his obligation was to protect his clients' interest. And the best way was to "verify that the surveyor has sufficient insurance".
He said that way, even if the survey was in error or incomplete, he could sue the surveyor (and surveyor's insurance) and therefor protect his client...

I was surprised that an architech possessed so much common sense. Then I read her name and thought "that explains it..."
(yes, I'm implying professional women have more common sense than some men I've met.)
