That might be a better term for some of the descriptions I've seen. (dint...I like that one too.)

I once used to frequent a roast dinner restaurant, run by Asians. It was very good and cheap, and I enjoyed the 2 mile walk each way in the evenings. One evening I arrived and it was all shut up and a note on the door said: "Closed for innovation". Sadly it never reopened.
