I don't have the details, either they turned on the newest one or a spare, but the constellation is full.

Definitely, we have to be forthright, gracious, and magnanimous and congratulate the folks who have worked so hard to get GLN fully operational.
Any misgivings about the federation aside momentarily, nothing wrong with a vodka toast today.

While we let some bozo's try to ruin our ability to use our own constellation in our own country. For shame for shame.

GLONASS 744 was set to healthy at 7:42 UTC today. I believe that is one of the three they launched in November. I believe I will join in the Vodka Toast with our Comrades. :good:
