For some reason I suddenly have the urge to say, "It slices! It dices! It's the greatest knife ever made!" and, as an alternate, "It walks!?ÿ It talks!?ÿ It crawls on its belly like a reptile!"

Mine arrived last week. Very nice photos. The calendar portion is sprinkled with annotations of significant days in surveying and SurveyorConnect history.
The SurveyorConnect calendar for last year has been an attractive addition to my office this year.?ÿ I use it as my "last month" calendar because I write all over my "this month" calendar.?ÿ Currently looking at a Bill93 photo of a set up very close to a stopped train.?ÿ Will look at December the whole month of January.
Actually the train doesn't stop in that town. It was probably going 30 mph.?ÿ I zoomed in so I'm not as close as it looks.
The GPS setup was leveled so the ARP matched the line on the disk over on the old depot. Of course the session can't be submitted to NGS but I wanted a check on my data for the disk 4 miles south. By computing GPS+geoid- oldNAVD88 for each station I got close enough values that I believed the results.

That train ain't moved a quarter-inch since I hung it up.

The end is coming.?ÿ The end of 2022, that is.
Tax deductible under office supplies.?ÿ Received mine a few days ago.?ÿ Excellent quality.
