Yep, It does work.?ÿ As for work as advertised, that depends on the project. Would be a ton of fun for basic condo surveys.

From what I have seen, not only does it work, it works well.?ÿ I scanned my house inside and out with it in about an hour.?ÿ There are a few caveats though.?ÿ It doesn't do well outside.?ÿ Being in sunlight (even on a cloudy day) effectively cuts the distance you are able to scan in half.?ÿ Customer service at GeoSlam isn't the best either.?ÿ I work for a dealer and the salesman that sells it is often VERY frustrated when things aren't going right.?ÿ
