Fun adjoiner sign

Have a job where a tract already exists behind several that front on a county road.?ÿ A private lane provides access to the existing tract and another next to it.?ÿ This is a very narrow lane with no way to turn around except where it branches to the two residences.?ÿ When we arrived at the branch going to the adjacent tract we saw a fair sized sign with a neatly printed message saying :?ÿ UNLESS YOU ARE BRINGING FREE COLD BEER, GO AWAY!

Looks like we will need to make a stop to find some cold beer before going in to do our work.?ÿ But...............if nobody is home.................... 😉 😉 ?ÿ
