Yes they are great. Soak em in a cooler for about 10 minutes and they are even better. I have thought about making a vest out some of them. I bought one of the hats, but it seems to hold in the heat not enough vents in the hat and the heat from your head seems to over power it's cooling ability.

They work ok. I bought some for a kids soccer team that was in a 3v3 tourney in the heat. Soakings in cold water is the best.
I bought them at Academy Sports.
Still have a couple around.
Had an Iman once go off the Desert Storm. He was in an A10 unit. When he came back, he had a lot of neat heat tricks for us.
