Before I go out hunting for the NGS EDM CBL, I thought I would check here to see if anyone knows about it's condition, let alone it's existence. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks -

Jesse

the base line in general is in good condition.
it has not been re measured since the 90's, but last time i was there with a known instrument it was very good to excellent. that was less than 2 years ago.

I am curious about the location of the CBL and it's relationship to the proposed Trinity River Vision project. Will it be destroyed by the planned construction?

Andy

have not studied that issue in detail yet, Suspect that the 1429 mark is gone IF the Vision Project gets final funding?

I think I will be visiting the CBL at Lampasas this week. Nice thing is that those marks are in the NGS database, so I can VRS right on up to them : )
