Set it in front of a dehumidifier. Works for drying out wet boots also.

Just bring it into a warm house, wipe it down and leave it out on the table works for me, but your climate may be different to mine. AC and dehumidfiers should work as well.

Sometimes it is more filth on the prism, a q tip or similar from the bottom can clear it up.

Bag of rice works. If it is a Topcon you can take the eyepiece out, let it dry and clean the backside of the lens with some tweezers, lint free napkin and alcohol.

Keep in mind, when moisture gets in it can mean the the screws are not not tight enough, the seals are bad, or the grease has worn off.
