Trying to get some opinions (which i know this is the go-to site for that).....
We are working on setting control for a large Flood Wall project and would like some input from others on best practice. We are currently using Engineer Circular No. 1110-2-6070 which details the correct Datum to use (this will be for a Inland River Corridor). But i am having trouble tracking down what datum/realization the "Hydrologic Flood Study" referenced. Any ideas?
