Hello FEMA guys. I'm looking for a little education on ECs. I've been thru the classes at the conferences and such, hoping somebody with some experience and patience could answer some questions on getting started with one. I have a client that really needs one and would love to fight thru my first so I can help her out. I've done the fieldwork portion in years past. No one else will locally.
