Hello all, new to this site. I have recently purchased a new to me Topcon robotic GPT9005 with FC-250 controller and was wondering if anyone knew the bluetooth range for the FC-250 controller back to the intstrument? The surveyor i purchased it from did mostly small lot surveys and was not too sure of the range. Thanks for any help.

The instrument and data collector for robotics communicate via radio not Bluetooth. I am not familiar with that particular robot, but I use a topcon IS and I have never been able to reach its limit for range. As far as Bluetooth goes I doubt you would get connection at a distance of more than about 15'.
