Anybody heard (or seen) anything about a replacement certificate?

According to our local flood plain administrator, they remain valid until FEMA issues a new one, along with an effective date to start using them. But never hurts to call them.

I was at a FEMA workshop at the WV convention last week, and they said to just use the old one until the new one is available.
