Court ruling now allows them for commercial use. This is huge. I mean HUGE.

Read my post below about FAA & UAV's. This was just a ruling by an NTSB administrative law judge and doesn't really mean much. Typically the FAA ignores them. The FAA has appealed so the ruling is already stayed. And this only goes to the full NTSB. From there to the federal courts.

In the meantime the FAA will fix the objection of the NTSB.

In reality nothing has happened.

When is the FCC going to enter the picture?

They control the power of the frequencies and probably want their measure of silver.

As long as there is no clear controls in place for license and guidelines for use, some will still put them to work.

There's an article on UAVs in today's Wall Street Journal. It's mostly about their use OUTSIDE of the U.S.
