Simple question.?ÿ Say you have a controller, with a 100 foot Bluetooth range.?ÿ And a TS with a 200 foot Bluetooth range.?ÿ Is the total distance, theoretically, you can be 300 feet (combined), 200 feet (max range of the Total Station) or 100 feet (max range of the controller).

I have never really tested this to find out.

The range will be limited to the weakest member of the pair.?ÿ It's a two-way communication protocol -- both members transmit and receive information in order for the connection to work.
