Looking for a good workhorse digital level for around 2k. Doesn't seem to be many to choose from.

I'm guessing the Trimble DiNi's are way over budget.
What I would like: Press a button and the thing takes a shot. After the shot it asks BS? FS? SS? TP?. Logs data into a spreadsheet that looks like my field notes: STA / + / HI / - / Elev
Deltas, distances, tracking, etc not high on my want list. Connectivity to SurvCE might be nice but I've never done it and don't know anyone that has.
Thoughts?

You can get Sokkia sdl50 for around 2k I think spectra precision makes one and so does foif
