Colleagues -

As a heads up and I don't own any part of Art's business ...................

What a top notch person Art Dias @ http://www.batteryrevival.com/ is in looking to fix something rather than charging a surveyor 2.5 times the cost of the part by shipping a new item !

He offers his services on both sides of the border !

Cheers,

Derek

Just used Dias and Dias recently to have 4 radio batteries from my robotic total station re-celled. Was fast, fair priced, and quite helpful with shipping info. Also taught me a little about proper batter care for longer life! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I've used them to recell my Trimble Stick Batteries. Prompt and reliable.

Yep - These are guys!

They have repaired 4 different Schonstedts in the last 5+/- years.
Each time, $150 & free shipping

I have not found anyone else that can do what they do, when they say they can do and the price they say they can do it for.

Yeah, Dias and Dias are great. I posted a few weeks ago that they fixed my Schonstedt that the Schonstedt factory said was "unrepairable" ... (except I think I screwed up and called them Diaz and Diaz in my post).
