I have a TDS Ranger. In stakeout mode, if you touch the screen, where the word FLOAT appears, when doing stakeout, "Stake Points" it will take you to the screen that tells you about the GPS reciever. You can look at the radio link, sats, reset the ambiguities, etc. Then, hit the red X and you are BACK in stake mode.
I just discovered it the other day, by accident, when I bumped the screen, and it went there.

Well, I guess there are more hidden shortcuts..... in all of them. Maybe someday I will learn more... then they come out with a new box!

in TopSurv in stakeout, if you tap any of the four stakeout descriptions - distance, direction, distance N, distance E, or whatever, you get a screen that lets you choose which ones to show.
