Really? That sounds absurd. As far as I know, it is a presumption of law that every individual is to know and follow the law. Not just lawyers, but everyone. I'd like to hear his response to the question, "on what basis am I not allowed to quote a statute?"....by the way, it is quoted on the door tags that are made by MALSCE.
