That's a pretty serious accusation from someone who seems to be upset because her property line isn't where she wants it to be. Without more details, who knows what really went on?
I like the gps never changes bit; next thing you know people will be saying a mile is mile!
I once saw a add on cl looking to have some corners staked for $100, I mentioned it in conversation to two surveyors. One called the property owner up and told her to not trust anyone who would do the job for such a low price and the other went and did the work.
Here is the ad. If I were not busy, I'd concoct something to say to him!!! (Her?)
