Upon completion of this course, students will be able to evaluate evidence of the original corner consistent with Section 6-12 of the 2009 Manual to determine if sufficient original evidence remains to determine the corner existent. The student will have a better understanding of the authority of proportioned corners, what constitutes a bona fide right and acceptable methods for protecting that right.
