Celebrity sighting in Grand Ronde, Oregon!

My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of enjoying some time at Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, Oregon with none other than the illustrious @northernsurveyor  

I've been wanting to meet him in person for many years and have been looking forward to an Alaskan trip to see him -- but we haven't yet made it up there. He was down here for a brief trip, and we were lucky enough to get his attention for a couple hours over dinner.

We chatted about miscellaneous things, but one thing is very clear: Northern Surveyor is a well-educated, worldly traveler (who happens to also be a wonderful asset to the surveying profession) who's married to an angel of a wife (me too, actually). We truly appreciated the visit and meeting him for the first time.

There are a few members here that I consider celebrities -- many we've met and many we've not met -- I hope to meet more of you soon!
