I have an idea on how to put this together but I wanted to get some feedback from here so I make sure i'm doing this correct. I have to put together an elevation certificate on a parcel that is being used as a paid parking lot. The parking lot is for a ferry which is located across a public road and off of the property being surveyed. On this parking parcel the only "buildings" are two small (roughly 8'x5') toll booths, one small shed, which has no utilities in it and a small guard shack, maybe 8'x8', which has an a/c unit and a fridge but that's about it. I'm guessing the 2 toll booths, made of metal and glass, along with the guard shack would be considered bldgs. How would you setup this EC?? Thanks for the feedback.......
Each building/structure is required to have a separate elevation certificate. At least that is what I have always been told.
thanks guys, that's what I was thinking. Just wanted some re-assurance...
