Today I'm pleased to announce the publication of the first issue of the Footsteps Boundary Surveying Newsletter.

This newsletter expands on boundary surveying and real property law topics covered in my Footsteps Column in the American Surveyor Magazine. You'll always be able to download the current issue and the archives from this web page:
http://www.redefinedhorizons.com/footsteps/the-foosteps-boundary-surveying-newsletter/

The September 2013 Issue is available from that web page now. It is also available in the Google Currents application for tablets and smart phones. If you want an old fashioned hard copy, you can order one for 6$. There is no charge for the digital copy. It is made available freely under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 United States License.

I'm asking working professionals that download and enjoy the newsletter to make a small donation. (The suggested donation for a year is 24$. However, there is no minimum donation.) The donations support the research, writing, editing, graphic design and publishing work that goes into each issue of the newsletter, the Footsteps Blog and the Footsteps column in the American Surveyor Magazine. There is a donation button on the web page at this link:

For those that commute to and from work I hope to have an audio version of the newsletter completed before the end of next week. It will also be available at no charge.

Please let me know if you'd like to have your company sponsor the newsletter or if there is a specific topic related to boundary surveying that you would like to see discussed in the newsletter.

Thanks.

Landon (AKA - The Sunburned Surveyor)
