Was wondering if anyone had an answer to the requirements pertaining to landscape areas in the ALTA/NSPS 2016. Table A No. 8 states landscape areas, does the included the items in the landscape areas or just to depict on the map the outlining area of landscaped areas? I was leaning towards the second part of that just depict the outlines. Also does this require all added landscape trees as part of the definition of landscape areas?

I interpret that as the area of landscaping. Not the type of landscaping. Unless the client wishes to negotiate additional services.

Substantial features observed in the process of conducting the survey fieldwork (in addition to the improvements and features required underpursuant to Section 5 above) such as(e.g., parking lots, billboards, signs, swimming pools, landscaped areas, etc.substantial areas of refuse).

I agree with Tom. We are asked to show areas of landscaping, not the landscape features.
