In a word, yes.
Although, almost no body cares what you call the agreement. The key point is the contractual obligations of the parties that are set forth in the agreement.

The agreement was made between ALTA and ACSM, whether ACSM is still considered an agency today, it was at the time of the "deal".
OK, That's what I thought. I have not put one together in a while. I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed something and that I am not using outdated nomenclature.
NSPS acquired the rights to the ACSM name when the merger was approved.
