I did some ALTA's in 2006 when Albertsons sold out and I've done a few updates last year. I just drove by the Albertsons a mile away that I did not do an ALTA update on and they are having a going out of business sale! The ones that had a small amount of noticeable traffic in 2006 where shuttered and now this has happened.

I heard this is also what is going to start happening with Borders Books. SO if one sees that their local Borders store has a going out of business sale, ya know why. Sad. 🙁
