SO . . . the land's in a known and lingering dispute.

do I have this right?

A person shoots a hog on disputed land . . . land he believes is his.

Then two months later, the other land owner files his survey and now is charging the neighbor with tresspassing.

I have a problem with someone being charged on disputed land 2 months before an adjoiner files his survey indicating his limits of claim.

I would have less problem if this survey had been filed a day or two before the incident.
