I will be presenting a case history of the Sweet Home Mine property near Alma, Colorado next Friday morning at the Professional Land Surveyors of Colorado's 12th Annual Rocky Mountain Surveyors Summit. The conference is a hybrid event with live presentations next Wednesday through Saturday and virtual presentations the following week.
The presentation title is "A Survey of One Hundred Stones" and yeah, I know....but I actually did find 100 GLO stones during the survey. One issue arose with my talk, that being where to host several large PDF files containing my course materials. Wendell graciously offered to host the files on SurveyorConnect as an alternative repository of the materials. Thanks again, Wendell and Angel.
Below are two PDF files of my course materials that contain three high-resolution geologic maps of the Sweet Home Mine, a Lot Consolidation Plat, two Land Status Records, four mineral survey connected sheets, and ten mineral survey plats.
Next Thursday, I will upload two high-resolution PDF files of the PowerPoint slide presentation to this thread. Please feel free to download any of the materials. Should you decide to use any of the materials I only ask that you attribute the source.
I'd also appreciate any input, comments, feedback that folks may have. Thx.
I'm debating on the in person presentation and meeting for the summit now.
I think it's a great topic?ÿ I hope my employer does too, because I believe any additional training and advice for boundary and esp for minerals and mining claims would have tremendous benefit.
Looking forward to seeing what you posted here.

See you there. I??m looking forward to this presentation.?ÿ
Love your name here.?ÿ You could add water balloons to the list of things where close counts.
?ÿ
Knew a fellow who went by Will.?ÿ He said he was the "good" twin.?ÿ Told us the "bad" twin was named Won't.?ÿ Will also told us that he avoided military service as he didn't want to be in a situation of rifle training where the instructor calls out, "Fire at Will."
Below are two PDF files that contain the course PowerPoint presentation.
Gene??s not being hyperbolic, there is actually a hundred stones up there, probably more.
