Much of the old records and as it happens a Supreme Court case declared areas for these 40s as 40 Acres. Of course dividing them up results in less or more than 40 Ac.?ÿ

But I have to permit to the original number.

Sooooooo, with the court case in hand I made it all work.?ÿ

Butttt, there was a tiny area (0.006Acres) slopping across a 40 and I had to deal with it.?ÿ

Seems I'm 0.01 acres "off".?ÿ

Andddddd if you get rid of anything it's months long permitting process.
