Just find out where windows was putting my missing files and folders for that matter.
I have physically moved them top where I want them.
My computer guru is trying to find out how to prevent Windows from doing that in the first place, but for now, I have what I want, where I want it. anticipating that windows will in the future again decide to relocate some new file or folder I have created a shortcut on my desktop to the root relocated files location.
Windows created this nefarious routine in Vista and decided it was so confusing to continue it in the future.
I have WIN 7, Home Premium
Any one conquered the problem to date.
I have some issues with 2 programs and I may pay the $89.95 to jump to WIN 7 Pro to use XP compatibility.

I have Windows 7 Pro with XP compat and it is a piece of sh*t. Just keep your windows xp stuff on a separate computer and don't even screw with it in Windows 7 Pro. Mi dos centavos.

Windows, like Autocad, every new release is worst than the previous one.
I have no idea what these 2 companies consider "improvements"
"Improvements" To Their Bottom Line
I want to now how to turn this latest "improvement"? off.
