I was able to sync to TDS Recon Pocket PC and Win7 Computer, using Window Mobile Center. The TDS raw files have a time stamp exactly 5 hours ahead when they were made. The Recon displays the correct time and date, but the file do not when copied to the computer.

Apparently it has something to do with a world clock, why would this be happening.

I've noticed data files with wrong time stamps after transferring files from my FC2500 to Win7 using Windows Mobile Center but hadn't investigated the cause.

5 hours difference sounds like UTC or GMT or whatever else it may be called. And your DC converts it to local time.
