I know I can see station setup N/E/Z errors/residuals (see highlighted values in screenshot below) while I'm going through the setup procedure on Trimble Access (data collector), but where can I see these numbers in Trimble Business Center (TBC) for desktop?
I feel like it should be easy but I'm not seeing these values listed in any of the menus or job report outputs.

There's not a "station setup errors" report per se in TBC. Point derivations are what you are looking for.
Right click on the point, it's about halfway down the context menu.
Any redundant observations to that point will be compared to its current value in the TBC project. Just make sure that if you want a point value to hold, set its coordinate to control class before running the comparison (or run a network adjustment).
Use the Point Tolerances under the Computations section of the project settings to set the threshold for flags. Generally speaking, I have my default values set and don't even bother with derivations unless I see a red flag for that point.

You can go to the extra reports for job file reports. Follow the link to get the webpage and get the job reports. You can run that to see a field book like file on everything that happens in a job. Deltas of N E Z i don’t know if they will show up like what is in access though. On a station set up keep in mind that you have two points so those deltas on a BS are not the best indicator of a issue. Which point is out or are both out. I always click to check my vertical make sure i don’t have a bad HI or target height. And Distance delta. In the field. I also check this in the spreadsheets TBC provides you can see a lot of information in those built in in TBC and under the project’s settings go to that type of spreadsheet and hide or show exactly what you want to see. So I always show hz va angles slope distance raw and corrected. Prism type and constant target and instrument heights. This lets you get a quick 2nd look for a possible blunder. If you know what prisms each have and you see something different. Like 100 topo shots to a s series traverse kit prism of -35 mm and you know they topo with a multi track 360. Also you can sort so go in the order in which they located the points and fix height bust as well. Precisions can be shown and at a different confidence level. So in access they might be set at DRMS but you want to see it at 95% set your tbc project like that. Once you get a feel for what you like to see in all the settings and such set a project up and have no data in it save as a template or multiple templates like south zone north zone and all other settings. That will save the redundant task etc. you can get your layers and linetypes as well as text styles all saved. Even export them so you can re import them. Like i am building one now for a specific client we need to match their stuff. So i bring in their dwg get all the layers and text styling for lines points notes. Drawing templates their logos etc. once i get it all done i will save that. Everything from my reports to datum to text will be saved and opened for each project i perform for them.
