Is there a problem with it processing, just upgraded to Win10 and 3.61 came with our new license payment, but it won't process anything.

Got some files and nothing, finally in desperation had a buddy of mine try and nothing to it (3.40), processed everything. Nothing I can do will make mine work, looked at all the styles made sure the license was checked out. Just keeps saying failed. Finally put in some cors data and it won't process either.

I know 3.7 is available now, only had 3.61 a few weeks.

Win 10 here and have had no installation/use issues with any version of TBC, 3.6+ up through the current 3.70.

Thanks, it doesn't look like Win 10 has any issues, it's that 3.61 won't process anything.

Just spent some time updating one computer to 3.70, it worked fine........processed all the data.

I guess the two-three weeks we had 3.61 will be it's entire stay here, but now I have to update everything................

I've seen 3.61 do that with long sessions for no apparent reason. Running the Trimble Configuration Utility might help. I haven't gone to Win 10 yet; I'm running 3.70 and it seems OK.

might give that a go, I don't have time to update all the computers right now, going to have to wait till next week.

It would just give out a failed message, no amount of paying with it would help, the first four points were some I collected close to the base but no radio, about 5 minute ppk sessions.

finally I tried a cors to base process (8 hours) and it wouldn't work either, next tried a cors to cors and that also failed, then I knew something was up.

Yeah that might be a Win10 thing I've never had that level of trouble.

It must be something that happened when we installed 3.61, 3.7 seems to be working.......at least on one machine

The only issue I am having is the residual plots are not showing up in the baseline processing report under Win 10. Works fine with Win 7.

I have been assuming it's a W10 issue, so would be interested to know if you are having the same problems.

It sounds like TBC might be set to precise ephemeris only, and you did not load a precise ephemeris. Make sure it is set to automatic or broadcast or that you have a precise ephemeris loaded for all of the time of obs plus 2 hrs either side.
