Hi All:
I may have access to a Trimble R8 and am wondering if it would support both an upload of RTK corrections VIA Serial (Instead of Bluetooth since I don't have a supported data collector) AND sending NMEA messages back over the same line?
I understand that the R8 has two serial ports so I could theoretically have PORT 1 = RTK corrections, PORT 2 = NMEA messages but for the setup and limitations I have, it would be great if I could do both, simultaneously over one port.
Does anyone have an experience with this?
