I'm trying to install Trimble Link for C3D 2012 and not having any success. I can't find any documentation or help troubleshooting on Trimble's site.
I downloaded and installed the file from here: http://ww2.trimble.com/link_ts.asp?Nav=Collection-?87485.
I also tried installing the Trimble Link Engine ( http://ww2.trimble.com/link_ts.asp?Nav=Collection-?63440 )and reinstalling the above to no avail.
I attempted to customize my cui and did not find Trimble Link in the menu or ribbon options. The installers gave no errors, but they do not appear to have installed anything.
Running C3D 2012 SP4, Windows 7 64bit

Are you sure you don't already have it? It's always been on every version of LDD and Civil 3D I've ever used.

Survey Link comes with LDD and C3D. I'm looking for Trimble Link.
Sorry Ian, I didn't know Trimble Link was different than Survey Link. I haven't used Survey Link in years, not since my HP48/serial port. Carry on. I hope someone here can help.

I installed it a while back, but do not remember if it was from the Trimble site or through the Autodesk 360 account/site. I run C3D 2013 and it just came in automatically as a Trimble Link tab on the ribbon.
