TBC create COGO MAP Checks

So I have used the create cogo to check deeds plats etc. I can generate a nice report straight from TBC that the LS likes and it easy to make changes for checks if something changes.

I now have a subdivision that has many lots and for any lot that is stand alone by itself I can simply generate that calls and report from the linework. I am having some issues with many lots all connected. Has anyone done this. I am bringing in a dwg from cad and trying to streamline the process as well as the easy part is generate points for setting corners at all changes intersection of lots to ROW etc. I am sure I am missing some simple step but it keeps saying nothing closes. And I know it does.
